Travel, transportation, lodging, food and other expenses that may be incurred during the provision of services are not considered in the proposal and will be agreed with the client.

 

Web project delivery times: 3-4 business weeks or sooner, may vary depending on the project.

 

According to our policies, the start date of the project will be taken from the first payment of 50% for the project. ​ When the estimated time of the project is exceeded due to aspects not attributable to REIDEO WEBLER E.I.R.L., the following procedure will be followed:

In the event of situations that alter the delivery times on the part of the client, it will be counted from the date that the client has not provided the information or supplies, an additional 30 days will be counted to finish the project, if the client does not provide the information or supplies to advance in the project, during this time the project will be closed by REIDEO WEBLER E.I.R.L.

 

In case the client wants to "reopen" it, they must pay an additional 20% based on the value of the proposal initially presented and a new delivery time will be reviewed with the client according to the commitments that are acquired.

 

After this time and the project is not reopened by the client, it will be taken as a new project. ​ If the client requires freezing the project, they must formally communicate to our email info@weblerdigital.com the freezing of the project.

 

In case the client wants to "reopen" it, they must pay an additional 30% based on the value of the proposal initially presented and a new delivery time will be reviewed with the client according to the commitments that are acquired.

 

The maximum time to freeze a project is 30 days, after this time and the project is not reopened by the client, it will be taken as a new project.

If the client requires to freeze the project, they must formally communicate to our email info@weblerdigital.com the freezing of the project.

 

In case the client wants to "reopen" it, they must pay an additional 30% based on the value of the proposal initially presented and a new delivery time will be reviewed with the client according to the commitments that are acquired.

 

The maximum time to freeze a project is 30 days, after this time and the project is not reopened by the client, it will be taken as a new project. ​

 

WAYS OF PAYMENT: ​

Our ways of payment are: 50% to start the project – 30% when transferring the site to the client's WiX account and 20% at the end with the delivery of the project. ​

RETURNS ​

W don´t refund payments. However, the situation or the facts will be analyzed in depth and if it is due to actions that have been caused by REIDEO WEBLER E.I.R.L. It would be contemplated to make a refund of money. The return of money would be made according to the hours remaining to those invested in the project and based on the activities carried out within the project, the value of the hour will be handled with the current current rate. ​

 

WARRANTY OF TECHNOLOGY PLATFORMS ​

Regarding the Wix Web platform, the customer can request the respective guarantees or errors or functionality changes directly with the owner of the software with the help center, by phone call, chat or tickets: https://support.wix.com/es/

 

Regarding third parties such as other solutions associated with the Web platform such as payment gateways or others, the client must request the respective guarantees and support directly from the help center.

 

After the project is approved and delivered, additional changes, misalignments or configurations executed by the client and that require re-adjusting or restoring the site previous aversions, these actions will have additional costs. ​​

 

Important: Wix in each module has a certain coverage so the scope for the project will be based on the current function provided by each module of the Wix platform. ​
